Prices F.O.B. our nursery. We give meticulous attention to shipping the highest quality stock and to following purchaser's order as closely as possible; however, in the event any error is made we will replace stock or rectify error in the event written claim is made within ten days of purchase. We shall not be liable for claims in excess of purchase amount. Purchasers is responsible for shipping costs and risk.
Terms
Cash, except for customers of approved credit who are allowed net 30 days. Overdue accounts are subject to a 1 1/2% per month service charge
